The Danger Of The Grocery Store...

It is amazing to me how impulsive I can be...I mean it is January 2nd, 2015 and I should be in total control of every aspect of my life for at least 2-3 more days before I start acting out.

I was in charge of dinner tonight and had decided it was fish tacos. I did my inventory and determined I only needed four things from the store. Here is the list I made on my phone.

Now all I needed was these four items and off I went. Did I mention it is raining and I drive all the way to the store and forgot my wallet? Anyway on trip #2 I was almost done with the list and my daughter called and asked if I was still at the store. And do I need to explain what hapenned next....

My cost was $23.85 and was not happy at all. I went there for 4 items and should have spend about $6.

Needless to say, another New Years resolution is to plan better before going to the store and use my shopping portal to My Freedom Grocer to help avoid uneccesary overspending and impulse buying at the store.
